Connection forms of industrial electrical connectors
Today, the editor has compiled the connection forms of industrial electrical connectors that everyone wants to see, mainly including the following four types:
01. Thread connection method
The connection form commonly used for some large contactors and electrical connectors working in strong vibration environments. This type of connection can be installed with a fuse to prevent loosening after connection. Reliable connection form, but slow connection and uninstallation speed
02. Bayonet connection method
It is a reliable and fast form of connection and separation. Most electrical connectors with card 121 connections have a visual display of correct connection and locking, which can be observed from the small hole on the side of the electrical connector connection nut.
03. Plugging and unplugging connection method
It is a versatile form of connection. When the plugs and sockets of electrical connectors are connected and separated, their movement direction is usually reciprocating linear motion, without the need for twisting and rotation, and only a small workspace is needed to complete the connection and unloading. There are two common structures for plug-in connections: ball or pin. Due to the lack of mechanical labor-saving mechanisms, mechanical resistance can be detected in a timely manner once inserted incorrectly.
04. Cabinet Connection Method
It is used for electrical connectors on devices that require blind connection near the frame, which can make electrical equipment lighter, smaller, easier to maintain, and more reliable. This type of connection makes it difficult for operators to feel the connection, and an accurate positioning device must be designed to avoid accidentally inserting electrical connectors and forcing them together, making it impossible to do so. Cabinet electrical connectors usually adopt floating or elastic contact design structures to ensure their correct connection.
