Job responsibilities:

1. Mold and improve tooling fixtures to improve production efficiency and product quality;

2. Repair connectors, terminals, casings according to drawings, independently maintain molds, and be proficient in the manufacturing and processing process of hardware molds

3. Proficient in operating grinding and punching machines, familiar with knowledge of stamping molds, familiar with stamping molds, processing, trial molds, and related product experience

4. Possess rich analysis and improvement skills in the problem points after mold testing;

5. Develop a work plan and follow up on progress to meet the requirements of the requesting department on time;

6. Collect opinions from the demand department on mold improvement, and strive for excellence through continuous improvement;

7. Develop equipment maintenance plans, ensure safe and effective equipment maintenance work; Carry out on-site 5S management work well

8. Scientifically manage, train, and fairly assess subordinates, and motivate department employees;

9. Assist employees in solving problems, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of department employees;
